Responsibilities
1. Assist with the administration of monthly HR panel meetings such as scheduling meetings, preparing pre-reads, taking minutes, and tracking follow-up actions.
2. Perform data analysis using information from multiple sources, including internal reports and external benchmarking surveys.
3. Administer or participate in external surveys relating to compensation and benefits.
4. Provide support to team members in areas relating to compensation, benefits, global mobility, and other HR policies and practices.
5. Undertake additional projects and duties as assigned.
Requirements
1. Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic design skills are a plus.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
3. Prior experience using Excel; working knowledge of pivot tables and vlookups.
4. Attention to detail and able to handle private and confidential information.
5. Manage tasks independently, ensuring timely progress and completion of assigned projects.
6. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
This is a Full-Time Internship and a 100% in-office position.
