THE ROLE
- Propose and conceptualise design ideas, mood boards and space planning based on clients’ requirements
- Able to effectively draft 2D, 3D and detailed drawings
- Able to develop creative design solutions and recommendations with minimal supervision
- Manage and propose material selection, FF&E whenever required
WHAT WE EXPECT
- At least 2 years experience in interior design related field
- Design-oriented with a keen eye for detail
- Self-starter with strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent team player, independent and creative-driven
- Familiar with clear documentation and organisation of all work documents
- Able to implement top-level instructions from senior executives, and ensure professional conducts
- Proficient in SketchUp, Photoshop, AutoCAD, 3D rendering software etc.
- Understanding designer's requirements prior to commencement of design work
- Produce photorealistic 3D for client to understand design concepts
- Drafting of 2D carpentry detailed drawings and designs from 3D
- Space planning according to sales designer requirement

Experience:
- Interior design: 2 years (Preferred)

- Able to work independently and in accordance to timeline provided
- Familiar with interior materials, furnishing, accessories and artwork
