KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support and ensure accuracy schedule and timely delivery for all customer projects
- Liaise with customers to evaluate needs, requirements or promote product and services
- Maintain proper customer records, projects records and schedule records
- Provide support in all Business Development administration and projects
- Prepare and present briefings, presentations to internal and external customers
- Prepare and manage reports for internal and external customers
- Support in other ad-hoc projects from time to time
REQUIREMENTS
- ITE or Diploma with previous working experience
- Experience working in a manufacturing industry
- Must be able to read technical drawings
- Good knowledge of customer services and sales management
- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels
- Discretion and confidentiality ability
