Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in data entry of sales orders into the system accurately and promptly
- Liaise with sales department on sales orders
- Create and maintain systematic document filing system on all assigned customers to include sales orders
- Provide support in execution of department projects
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant Business related courses
- Commit a minimum period of 4-6 months (preferably from August to December)
- Entry level candidates, students who are on study break are welcome,
- Strong PC skills in MS office and preferably JD Edwards
- Excellent communication (oral and written) skills, good organizational skills with excellent follow-up
- Knowledge on Supply Chain is an advantage
