Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Design, develop, and iterate deep learning and computer vision algorithms;
  • Conduct research on topics related to computer vision and deep learning, including but not limited to large multimodal models and generative AI;
  • Drive the performance optimization of related computer vision algorithms in various use cases;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote the landing of various projects for real-world applications.

Minimum Requirements

  • A Master's or PhD degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field;
  • Proficient in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch; programming experience in C++ and SDK development projects is a plus;
  • Demonstrate experience in optimizing and accelerating deep learning models;
  • Demonstrate a strong focus on staying current with state-of-the-art technologies in deep learning and computer vision, and have a deep understanding of mainstream technologies in these fields; experience in generative AI and large large multimodal models is a plus;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines

Preferred Requirements

  • Have relevant internship experience in the industry or research experience at top-tier university laboratories and research institutes, or possess a strong track record of working on cutting-edge research projects in industry;
  • Demonstrate strong research abilities, with a proven ability to design and implement innovative algorithms for deep learning and computer vision applications;
  • Have a background of contributing to open-source projects related to machine learning research or a record of publishing high-quality blog articles related to machine learning topics;
  • Possess experience contributing to research communities and efforts, including a strong record of publishing papers in leading machine learning venues such as CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, AAAI, and other top-tier conferences and journals in related fields;
  • Have experience in participating and achieving good results in prestigious competitions, such as ACM-ICPC, SC-SCC, and other well-known machine learning and computer vision competitions.
