- As a HR Intern, you will report to the Singapore site HRBP, where you will be involved in engaging the employees and maintaining an exciting employee experience throughout their time in SenseTime.
- You will be working alongside various global HR teams to drive projects and day-to-day operations;
- Manage end-to-end onboarding processes – preparation of LOAs and welcome kits for new hires and gathering of mandatory employee documents;
- Liaise with key stakeholders in coordinating interviews
- Assist with the execution of C&B initiatives;
Requirements:
- Current Undergraduate in local tertiary institutes
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Energetic individual with a drive to deliver quality results in a dynamic environment
- Excellence in both English and Chinese;
- Possess good interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to work with various stakeholders on HR issues
- 6 months internship preferred
