Brands & Category Partnership
Our brands & category partnership team a strategic team of trade marketers who truly work interdependently. Whether supporting our commercial campaign planning, digital initiatives, loyalty program, and driving brands partners’ marketing strategies, we are constantly finding ways to optimize our partnership with brands to drive engagement with our clients. The Space Planning team falls under the Brands & Category Partnership team. Working in tandem with all marketing strategies, commercial campaign and new initiatives to deliver in store Visual Merchandising that truly delights our customers.
Your Role at Sephora
As an intern in the Space Planning team, you will be responsible for supporting and executing Brands Planograms updates, Floorplans update via software.
Roles and Responsibilities include:
- Countries’ Retail Stores Floorplans
- Countries Brands Planogram support
- Extract and formulate data from system for clear and precise presentation.
- Works as part of a team to deliver Planogram & Floorplan changes as per Planned for Countries Stores.
- Supporting deadlines by prioritizing key Space Planning projects/task across the brands and the overall team
- Demonstrate our Sephora values of Passion for Client Service, Innovation, Expertise, Balance, Respect for all, Teamwork, and Initiative
Requirements:
- Degree or pursuing a degree in relevant discipline (Design, Architecture or Business). Diploma holders are welcome to apply
- A strong flair for design or Visual Merchandising
- Proven project management skills, strong administration and organizational skills
- Strong commercial acumen
- Confident with all Microsoft Office packages, Photoshop or relevant software is an advantage
- Personable, presentable and articulate
- An excellent networker
- Eager to contribute new ideas
- Quick-thinking and adaptive in a high-paced environment
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexible with extended hours during certain time periods
