Job Description

Sephora Singapore is looking to hire a Project Management Intern to support the team in specific projects. If you are keen in managing projects and understanding behind-the-scenes of retail operations, this role is a perfect fit for you.

 

(1) Visual Merchandising and Project Management

  • Project brief consolidation and conduct a briefing to in-store VM Leads
  • Prepare post-project report and follow-up with internal & external stakeholders
  • Manage pop-up installations roll out every 3 weeks
  • Support in administrative liaison with Brands and Vendors

 

(2) In-Store VM Operations

  • Monthly store visits to ensure proper upkeeping and maintenance of fixtures in accordance with VM guidelines

 

(3) Consolidate and Track Expenses

  • Upkeep budget tracker for proper recording of all expenses

 

(4) Administrative Tasks

  • Compile and submit monthly Competitor Market Studies
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks/ projects as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Preferably pursuing a Degree/Diploma in Visual Merchandising, Business Management or Business Administration
  • Excel proficiency: Able to apply and use advanced functions to build and manage databases (e.g. formulas, conditional formatting, pivoting)
  • Keen eye for details, able to organize time/ projects/ processes efficiently
  • Independent worker and a good team player
