Sephora SEA’s retail activity spans over 6 countries (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, India and Australia) with 50+ stores and boasts some global flagships such as Ion in Singapore and Pitt Street in Sydney. Its digital activities span over eight countries (retail countries excluding India, plus Philippines, New Zealand, Hong Kong). Sephora SEA has experienced rapid growth in the region with many more stores and countries to come.
Responsibilities:
- Support and coordination of all omnichannel campaigns - thematic, commercial and local tactical for both online and stores. Includes other frequent and extended retail/mall initiatives.
- Work with internal stakeholders from Marketing & Ecommerce to ensure OMNI visibility in marketing communications via multiple channels such as EDM, social media, onsite, and in-store.
- Oversee all digital signages content across all stores.
- Support Senior Marketing Executive and/or Marketing Executive for other campaign/retail initiatives – including campaign set up, onsite and in-store, mall comms and follow-up.
- Support in Social Media Postings where necessary
