Sephora Singapore seeks to hire an Ecommerce Intern. Reporting to Ecommerce Manager for Singapore, this is a key role within a small and dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the marketing campaign operations of the online store as well as retail/event initiatives to drive online sales/app acquisitions.
What you will do:
- Support the Ecommerce Manager in execution of the daily operations of the Singapore Ecommerce store & mobile app.
- Support ecommerce team in ad-hoc structural/cross-departmental/omni-channel projects.
- Coordinate across multiple team function to ensure smooth execution of ecommerce promotional campaigns & partnerships.
- Update daily ecommerce sales performances in tracker.
- Support the Ecommerce team in monthly consolidation of reports on online store performance using data visualization tools/SQL.
- Daily checks of ongoing ecommerce campaigns (onsite and marketing) to ensure optimisation and accuracy of execution.
- Work with content and creative team in the conceptualization and production of assets for ecommerce campaigns.
- Liaise with external agencies for online and offline collateral productions.
- Filing of ecommerce expenses to ensure proper tracking and approvals.
Required Skills:
- A university degree preferably in Business Management, Marketing or Data Analytic.
- Prior experience in data analysis in e-commerce/campaign management/digital marketing
- Strong understanding of online marketing channels
- Strong project management and planning skills, with the ability to conceive strategy and drive execution in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills combined with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders
- Knowledge of SQL, Google/Omniture Analytics is a must
- Innovative and creative – continually looking to demonstrate and drive improvement to improve commercial outcomes
- Commercially focused with a strong sense of customer behavior – key advocate for customer voice within Sephora Singapore
