Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the monthly training calendar
- Play a key role in managing and optimizing Training Learning Management System (LMS)
- Perform training data extraction, reporting, and analysis
- Where required, support in the preparation of materials for management presentation
- Logistical and coordination support of gratis packing
- Any other ad-hoc administration duties
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a University degree in Business Management, Business Administration or any related fields of study.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Committed and is hungry to learn
- Strong communication skills
- Highly motivated and proactive
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-moving dynamic environment
