Job Description

JOB SCOPE:

LMS

  • Ensure and upload content suitability
  • Maintain courses and catalogue library
  • Monitor course evaluation and provide best practices feedback and improvement areas
  • Track completion 

LVMH REPORT

  • Submit reporting timely - 15th of every month
  • Partner (support) with Regional HR to optimize training data
  • Analyze data to co-relate to efficiency and performance

SEPHORA UNIVERSITY

  • Maintain classroom standards
  • Cleanliness
  • Replenishment of Hygiene Tools, Refreshment etc..
  • Classroom Training Set-up
  • IT equipment set-up
  • Training testers set-up
  • Attendance taking and confirmation 
  • Post-training Evaluation
  • Monthly gratis packing and coordination
  • Work with Retail Ops for Headcount for packing
  • Ensure gratis issuance standards are adhere

Ad hoc

  • COREFA - Training expenses
  • Training Project - venue sourcing etc… 


GOALS: Automate and fine tune (manual) processes and work flow

  1. Re-process Classroom Logistics (attendance taking, evaluation form etc…)
  2. Re-process Brand Scheduling/Booking System (before BRS)
  3. Stabilized LMS Usage
  4. Improve LMS User Satisfaction - suggest improvement on user's experience
  5. Confirmed LVMH Report Data point with Regional Manager, HRIS
  6. Automate LVMH Report Data point with Regional Manager, HRIS
  7. Analyze data to co-relate to efficiency and performance
