Sephora SEA’s retail activity spans over 6 countries (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, India and Australia) with 50+ stores and boasts some global flagships such as Ion in Singapore and Pitt Street in Sydney. Its digital activities span over eight countries (retail countries excluding India, plus Philippines, New Zealand, Hong Kong). Sephora SEA has experienced rapid growth in the region with many more stores and countries to come.
Responsibilities:
- Support in the loyalty program, called Beauty Pass, by enhancing the value of Rewards Boutique and planning effective executions through omni channel, which includes stores and e-commerce
- Follow up on corporate partnerships regarding 360° executions with OMNI visibility
- Set up the campaign brief/promotion codes/result tracking for CRM initiatives
- Work with Marketing & Ecommerce cohorts to assure customer-lifecycle activation via multiple channels such as EDM, social media, onsite, and in-store
- Support CRM Manager with other assignments including vendoring process, rewards sourcing, coordination with store team, etc
- Support Social Media posting where necessary
