Sephora SEA’s retail activity spans over 6 countries (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, India and Australia) with 50+ stores and boasts some global flagships such as Ion in Singapore and Pitt Street in Sydney. Its digital activities span over eight countries (retail countries excluding India, plus Philippines, New Zealand, Hong Kong). Sephora SEA has experienced rapid growth in the region with many more stores and countries to come.
Our Trade Marketing Intern has the responsibility for the marketing activity that Sephora runs in collaboration with our key strategic brand partners (brand partnerships). In this capacity, the candidate needs to maintain strong relationships and consistent communication with our brand partners. They are part of the wider Marketing team and represent Sephora as the main marketing point of contact for our key brands.
Responsibilities:
Be the point of contact for our brand partners and act as a conduit between the brands and internal stakeholders in Marketing, Category Management, Supply Chain and other departments
Support the Category Management (local and regional), and Regional Brand Marketing team in logistics
- Develop and implement communication tools (such as brand sponsorship presentation decks) to be able to communicate campaigns and other marketing plans effectively
- Share in depth post-campaign analysis, provided internally and where possible to brand partners
- Be part of the marketing team, reporting into the Senior Trade Marketing Executive whilst also working closely with the other store, campaigns and ecomm interns
- Write effective campaign briefs on Trello for copy team and creative team to work on
- Manage the design, campaigns, scheduling and brand launches calendar effectively
- Churn out UTM links for brand partners and follow up with reporting to track influencer and paid marketing
- Liaison for brand eventing on Sephora channels
- Support Social Media posting where necessary
