Job Description

As an executive in the key accounts department, you will be responsible for account servicing of corporate accounts to ensure customer base growth through account retention and acquisition.

 

Trainee to be involved in:

1. Manage customer account strategies to ensure customer retention and acquisition

2. Administration of all sales related activities and customer enquiries to ensure high customer satisfaction and excellent service level

3. Achieve adherence to all internal risk compliance

4. Propose and recommend strategy for accounts based on market intelligence gathered

Day-to-day operational decisions

 

Allowance: $2500/month

 

Duration: 6 months

  • Degree from an accredited institution in any discipline
  • Keen to establish career in Key Accounts and Sales with excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with C-Suite
  • Collaborative with excellent influencing skills as well as strength in managing multiple stakeholders
