Job Description
- Provides administrative support to the Sales Team including; prepare quotations; manages sales cycle from order processing to fulfillment and ensure prompt response to customers and vendors.
- Handle phone/email enquiries and the processing of all sales orders with accuracy and delivered in a timely fashion and according to the desires of customers.
- Ensure timely delivery of shipment from vendors and to customers.
- Handle customer returns and issues from vendors.
- Maintain accurate records of Sales and PO data.
- Liaising with other departments to facilitate daily work requirement.
- Provide administrative support and undertake additional tasks as needed
