JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions
- Manage in-scope administrative work pertaining to employee’s life cycle e.g recruitment, confirmation, redeployment, resignation, employee contract administration, cessation of services etc
- Develop and implement HR policies and guidelines
- Prepare monthly payroll matters including processing of statutory claims and filing of relevant taxes
- Oversee talent management framework, appraisal, staff retention etc
- Prepare timely reports to management
- Administer training
- Maintain HR and employees’ database
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity
- Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
WORKING LOCATION
- Tampines
WORKING DAYS/ HOURS
- Mon - Fri: 9am - 6pm
SALARY PACKAGE
- $2500 - $3000
