JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists with the preparation of ingredient
- Assists in the cleaning of kitchen area and general maintenance of equipment and inventory control
- Responsible for all food items prepared in his/ her section
- Responsible for the daily operation of the kitchen department and to take over in the absence of superiors
- To ensure that food quality is of high standards and consistent
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Positive and excellent communication skills
- Able to perform rotating work shifts on weekend and public holidays
- Team player, who values teamwork, has good team building skills and able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees
