Job Description

Do you get satisfaction in helping others? Want to up your organisation, management and communication skills? 

SG Bike is looking to set up a team to revamp and add value to our customer relations functions to directly manage and connect with users and help them get started on using our bike-sharing services. 

The role will also build rapport within our customers to understand them (and any problems) to provide enhanced customer satisfaction, support and service requests. Whether it is the latest features or the newest campaign, you will take the proactive role to understand the company and its products, enabling you to communicate and build on your communication skills with the masses. 

This role also works closely within and under the Marketing department and the individual is expected to take its role to better bridge and manage customers and the company through both management and executive-level functions and job scopes. 

The Public Relations Team:

We are the face of the company, the ones that ensure the company always puts its best foot forward with complete honesty and transparency. We uphold our brand and company’s image, ensuring that it remains well-known, accessible and user-friendly to each and every consumer.

As a Customer Happiness Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Understanding, upholding, and protecting the company’s brand image and assets 

- Assisting in current marketing functions 

- Identifying and solving current and potential problems

- Interacting with customers over various communication channels (such as text, call, etc.)

Requirements:

- Proficient in both written and spoken English

- Good analytical and communication skills 

- Good time management skills

- Hunger for knowledge and are eager to learn 

- Familiar with Microsoft Office but open to learning new software

- Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred but not required
