Established in August 2017, SG Bike is Singapore’s very first homegrown bike sharing company. As a licensed bike sharing operator in Singapore, SG Bike was also the first bike sharing company to aim to resolve indiscriminate parking through its self-developed technology, Geostation.
Following our announcement on 13th August 2019, SG Bike has taken over Mobike to become the largest bike sharing operator in Singapore.
SG Bike is proud to have received the 2019 Young Innovator Award by the Land Transport Authority and will continue to work towards enhancing transport options in Singapore.
As SG Bike's Logistics Administrator lead, you would be expected to have a good understanding of the 3 main pillars of the company (warehouse, logistics and patrolling). You are expected to understand the performance of the main pillars and formulate solutions to improve the efficiency of our current processes.
Learning Objectives:
- Understand how operations in SG Bike are being carried out
- Analyze data and come up with recommendations to improve current processes
- Hone communication skills by presenting ideas to various stakeholders
Responsibilities:
- Ideate feasible solutions to improve on various aspects of the company
- Involved in operational decision making such as scheduling, allocation of complaints etc.
- Analysing statistics to come up with forecasts and recommend actions to make processes more efficient
Requirements:
- Min. polytechnic graduate (Diploma holder)
- Proactive
- Resourceful
- Ability to think critically
- Knowledge of modelling tools
- Proficient in Google Suite (Sheet, Slides, Docs etc.)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
