The Engineering Team:
We are the core, the ones behind the scenes, those who ensure that every electronic part on our bicycles is in tip-top condition; we are on the ground executing the company’s vision, ensuring optimal software and hardware functionality.
Job Scope:
Coordinating and planning daily operational output with the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure smooth operations flow
Management of new and existing engineering projects
Analysing current data for future forecasting of operational targets
Preparation & maintenance of technical documents related to IoT devices
Identifying issues and bugs before new system implementation
Generating new SOPs for new systems
Coordinating between management & Engineering team to achieve desired output results
Leading a team of engineers and ensuring that daily output targets are met
Requirements:
University Graduate (Bachelor’s or equivalent, fresh graduates welcome to apply)
Proactive, resourceful, and enjoy hands-on work
Quick on your feet and able to come up with ideas on the fly
Leadership skills and the ability to lead a dynamic team of talented individuals
Basic Programming knowledge
