SG Business Advisory Pte Ltd – Designer (Brick Sets and Character Outfits)

About the Role

We are looking for a meticulous designer who can hit the ground running, creating design solutions for our clients. Your role is to support Minifiglabs by creating digital mock-ups, preparing final artwork for printing and creating custom sets with LEGO® bricks. We want someone with an openness to learn new pipelines, and who can work in a highly collaborative and team-oriented environment.

You will learn to pitch in where needed across the board.

What A Day Looks Like @ Minifiglabs:

1. Understand the design requirements of a project
2. Propose/conceptualise ideas with digital mock-ups (Adobe Photoshop)
3. Convert the mockups into printable artwork (Adobe Illustrator)
4. Design building instructions for sets
5. Create designs for various formats of packaging
6. Occasionally communicate with specific vendors regarding your artwork
7. Design custom LEGO® sets based on project requirements (training provided)
8. Take product photos for archiving
9. Help with the printing and assembling of LEGO® parts

Other Head-Turning Criteria:

1. Singaporeans or Permanent Residents preferred
2. Preferably 1-2 years of experience in design-related roles
3. Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously under set deadlines
4. Able to cope well under pressure
5. Possess a positive attitude & are keen to learn
6. Able to demonstrate resourcefulness, resilience and grit
7. Based in Singapore

Working Hours:

1. 9 am to 6 pm
2. Expect some extra hours during tight project timelines
