Job Description

About the Division

The Corporate Planning Division is responsible for SG Enable’s corporate planning, helping the organisation grow in the complex social space and delivering greater value to SG Enable’s and sector stakeholders and beneficiaries. To this end, the Division ensures alignment of all key corporate functions to SG Enable’s strategy and goals. This includes guiding and overseeing corporate performance and reporting to SG Enable’s Board of Directors, as well as to internal and external stakeholders.

Project Description

Project 1: Knowledge/Records Management ReviewReview and streamline Corporate Planning's knowledge/records management. This entails rationalising the various record repositories, and proposing a feasible knowledge/records management system for the Div and its implementation (manual/automated).Project 2: Organisational Performance Management Framework (PMF) Review and/or Roll-outSupport the review and/or roll-out of the PMF, including the use of appropriate tools/automation to facilitate data input, collection and analysis.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Project 1

  • Knowledge/Records Management Framework and SOP
    • Identify and rationalise the various repositories of official records
    • Develop an appropriate filing structure and records management procedure and guidelines (from creation to destruction or archival of records), aligned to that of SGE
  • Implementation/Conversion Exercise
    • Gather and consolidate records from different folders and drives.
    • Organize files into a coherent structure as per the approved structure.
    • Transfer files to new knowledge/records management system

Project 2

  • Support Snr Exec (CP) to review, as needed SG Enable’s Performance Measurement Framework (PMF) to ensure relevance and the achievement of desired outcomes and impact.
  • Propose appropriate tools to faciliate data input, collection, analsysis and reporting.

Requirements

Projects 1 and 2

  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills, paired with good grounding in business operations and a strong sense of reality.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Good organisation skills to ensure tasks are on track and delivered in a timely manner
  • Good people skills to engage internal and external stakeholders

Project 2

  • Familiarity with disability issues would be good
  • Knowledge of organisational performance measurement would be good
