Job Description

Project Description 

1) Research on the training landscape for PWDs and their networks of support

2) Develop training roadmaps

 

Key Duties & Responsibilities / Work Areas

 • Conduct research on training providers, courses, and certifications relevant to disability sector professionals and other relevant stakeholder groups

• Gather information on learning best practices, training delivery models, and innovative approaches to professional development.

Support the team to develop training roadmaps

• Maintain and update a database of training courses

• Assist in a benchmark costing exercise

• Any other duties / responsibilities assigned

 

Requirements 

• Good organisational skills and meticulous

• Proactive in research

• Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills

• Team player and also able to work independently

• Proficient in MS Office
