Job Description

About the Division

GSE supports the organisation in the quality service management (QSM) and enterprise risk management (ERM) functions. The Service Excellence arm responds directly to public enquiries and refers enquirers to the relevant business units (BUs) and touchpoints to provide them with the required assistance. GSE also provides guidance to divisions and BUs in managing challenging or atypical enquiries where required. Data generated from the front-facing functions is used to support operational planning and review of policies where applicable. The Governance arm maintains the enterprise risk management framework which supports the organisation in identifying, managing and monitoring the existing and emerging risks that may impede our organisational goals. Other functions include business continuity planning and seeing to our regulatory compliance.

Project Description

The intern will interface with Business Units within SG Enable to prepare for the onboarding of SG Enable’s Infoline to the new vendor. 

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Include:

  • Collation of training materials from the BUs
  • Review of the Escalation Matrix
  • Coordination of training by BUs for the new agents
  • Presentation deck to BUs on the new workflow
  • Collating and analysing data for internal reporting 

Requirements

  • Open to students waiting for ‘A’ Level results or university undergraduates in the specified disciplines, preferably with an interest in QSM and/or the Disability Sector.
  • Meticulous, with an eye for detail
  • Strong analytical thinking
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
