About SG Enable
As the first-stop and focal agency for disability in Singapore, SG Enable raises awareness on disability issues and facilitates access to disability schemes and services. It brings partners together to share knowledge, collaborate and innovate, striving towards a common goal of building an inclusive Singapore and enabling lives. Set up by the Ministry of Social and Family Development in 2013, it is a registered charity and an Institution of a public character.
About the Innovation Division
The Innovation Division aims to improve the quality of life of persons with disabilities through the development and scaling of solutions to address business/social model innovation and product/service innovation. The division plays the collaborator, connector, catalyst and critic roles to support internal divisions and external sector in addressing complex challenges, while building disability innovation capability.
The Innovation Support team manages the ELI grant, and the candidate will be part of this team.
About ELI Grant
Started in 2014, the Enabling Lives Initiative (ELI) Grant is funded by Tote Board and managed by SG Enable. To address current and complex challenges faced by persons with disabilities over the course of their lives, the ELI Grant was conceived to support projects that have the potential to make meaningful social impact by improving the well-being of persons with disabilities.
The ELI Grant was a strategic initiative to support the development of innovative and evidence-based projects dedicated to improving the well-being of persons with disabilities. The initiative brings together the expertise in the community such as social service agencies (SSAs), social enterprises and other organisations to create scalable, impactful innovations for persons with disabilities.

Key Duties & Responsibilities / Work Areas
Primary
- Support the management of ELI-funded projects which includes liaising with grantees for the submission of reports and necessary documentation, and the review of such reports and documents for project monitoring and funds disbursement.
- Assist in the evaluation process of ELI Grant applications.
Secondary
- Maintain and update the ELI Grant website content, including visuals and write-ups to showcase impactful stories, project updates, and key initiatives.
- Assist in the planning and execution of grant call activities including logistical and operational arrangements for events, consultation sessions and workshops.
Others
- Support the team in any other administrative tasks, as needed.
Requirements
- Preferred course of study: Business, Social Sciences, Marketing
- Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint
- Analytical skills
- Project management and time management skills
- Meticulous and strong attention to details
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to contribute as part of a team, while working independently on individual responsibilities with minimum supervision
- Undertake other company activities and roles as and when required
