Job Description

Project Description

The intern will interface with stakeholders across the organization, as well as the rest of HCOD to support the division in driving learning and organisational development (L&OD) initiatives across SG Enable.

Key Duties & Responsibilities / Work Areas

Organisation Development:

  • Support the team to drive OD and employee engagement work (e.g. preparation of facilities / logistics for engagement sessions, workshops, arranging meetings with stakeholders etc.)
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to execute OD and employee experience interventions, projects and events
  • Support career fairs to enhance SGE’s employer branding

Learning and Development:

  • Support the functional capability building plans by liaising with training providers, coordinating logistics, learning roadmaps and supporting the tracking of programme completion for management reporting etc.

Others:

  • Support the communication and operational activities for OD and employee experience interventions, projects and events
  • Design EDMs to publicise OD and L&D efforts and activities
  • Support the team in any other tasks, as needed

Requirements

  • Open to students waiting for ‘A’ Level results or university undergraduates in any discipline, preferably with an interest in Human Resource, Learning and Development, Organisation Development and/or Employee Engagement
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong analytical thinking
  • Meticulous, with an eye for detail
