About SG Enable
As the first-stop and focal agency for disability in Singapore, SG Enable raises awareness on disability issues and facilitates access to disability schemes and services. It brings partners together to share knowledge, collaborate and innovate, striving towards a common goal of building an inclusive Singapore and enabling lives. Set up by the Ministry of Social and Family Development in 2013, it is a registered charity and an Institution of a public character.
About the Service Development, Lifelong Learning Division
SG Enable's Service Development/Lifelong Learning Division works closely with Enabling Academy, the disability learning hub, to foster an inclusive society for persons with disabilities through tailored lifelong learning opportunities that support personal and professional growth/development. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, the division upskills the network of support, including employers and caregivers, to strengthen support systems that empower persons with disabilities. It also promotes accessibility and inclusion among training providers to ensure equal access to education and training opportunities.

Support the marketing efforts of Enabling Academy and Service Development/Lifelong Learning Division
Key Duties & Responsibilities / Work Areas:
Assist in managing the content development and creation process for marketing campaigns across traditional and digital platforms, while monitoring key performance metrics to optimise engagement and drive conversions.
Support website management, community management, event coordination, and handing of day-to-day administrative tasks.
Content Creation, Digital Marketing and Website Management
- Create engaging content for social media, website, and promotional materials to highlight training programmes and success stories.
- Manage Enabling Academy’s website, ensuring updates are timely and aligned with branding and communication goals.
- Oversee social media presence, email campaigns, and paid advertisements while monitoring and optimising digital marketing efforts to enhance outreach and engagement.
Event Support and Stakeholder Engagement
- Support the planning, promotion, and execution of training workshops, webinars, and outreach events, including logistics, participant communication, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities for co-marketing and outreach initiatives.
Market Research and Reporting
- Conduct market research, manage databases, and track performance metrics to support and inform marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Training in Marketing is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated passion in enabling persons with disabilities would be an added advantage.
