As the first-stop and focal agency for disability in Singapore, SG Enable raises awareness on disability issues and facilitates access to disability schemes and services. It brings partners together to share knowledge, collaborate and innovate, striving towards a common goal of building an inclusive Singapore and enabling lives. Set up by the Ministry of Social and Family Development in 2013, it is a registered charity and an Institution of a public character.
About the Division
Service Coordination and Advice (SCA) division oversees Info & referrals and case coordination for child and adult disability services.
Project Description
Project 1: Data management review and streamline repository of disability services in Singapore. This entails contacting service providers to ascertain accuracy and updates in suite of adult disability services, and proposing a revamped format of the service repository for persons with disabilities and their caregivers.Project 2: Propose outreach plans for CAF-R certification
Key Duties and Responsibilities
General:
- Admin support for case coordination functions
- Assist with coordination of referrals under the supervision of a case officer
Project 1
- Consolidate and record information on Adult Disability services for the services repository.
- Propose and design a new format for the list of adult services repository for persons with disability and caregivers.
Project 2
- Design and propose an outreach plan to SSAs and SPED schools for CAF-R certification
- Assist with updates and management of CAF-R registry
Requirements
- Strong organisational skills, analytical and meticulous
- Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player and also able to work independently
- Proficient in MS Office
