About SG Enable
As the first-stop and focal agency for disability in Singapore, SG Enable raises awareness on disability issues and facilitates access to disability schemes and services. It brings partners together to share knowledge, collaborate and innovate, striving towards a common goal of building an inclusive Singapore and enabling lives. Set up by the Ministry of Social and Family Development in 2013, it is a registered charity and an Institution of a public character.
About Service Development Division
Service Development (DSS) designs and implements disability pilot projects in the post-18 landscape in Singapore. One example is the Enabling Services Hub (ESH).
Key Duties & Responsibilities / Work Areas
The intern will support the team in the various areas below (non-exhaustive):
- Support the design and content creation of Enabling Services Hub (ESH) playbook, ESH human interest stories and ESH collaterals.
- Opportunity for weekly volunteer sessions with PWDs at ESH
Requirements
- Arts, Design or Media background preferred
- Interest in the social sector and disability services
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with a flair for designing different types of collaterals
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator/inDesign, iMovie and Adobe Premiere Pro
