We are expanding as a Real Estate Team, thus require valuable expertise of yours in the various departments. Job scope will not be only property related but will also consist of Account servicing + Co ordination of events and tie ups. We are offering vacancies to candidates who are interested in part-time, as well as full-time, basis. If you are also looking for Contract or Internship Programs, do keep us posted too. Positions to be filled for the moment are as follows. Below are the requirements and details of the scope.

A) Accounts Concierge

Requirements:

- Able to converse well in English and Chinese

- Have a pleasant personality and good working attitude

- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Able to fulfill tasks provided and taking ownership

- Building relationships with clients

- Account servicing

Details:

- Management of clients' account

- Match and schedule appointments

- Manage appointments schedule

- Providing assistance and proposing in house products

- Keep records of client’s interactions

- Manage administration

- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments

- Client followup platform

- Basic pay with added attractive incentives

- Working hours are flexible (5-7 hrs/day)

- Working days are flexible too (4-5 days/week)

- Training will be provided

- Able to start immediately if possible
