SG Sailout Commerce Pte. Ltd. – Accounting Manager

Responsibility:

• Provide support and expertise in preparing for and managing the IPO process, including financial reporting and compliance requirements.
• Manage and maintain the entire accounting system for our Singapore operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial records.
• Collaborate with international teams to streamline accounting processes and resolve any issues related to accounts in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Malaysia.
• Ensure all accounting reports and financial statements are transparent and accurate, providing clear insights into the company’s financial status.
• To handle full sets of account including cash flow, month end-closing, information & data consolidation, inter-company reconciliation, annual and monthly financial statements, audit and tax compliance matters.
• To provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
• To maintain the financial health of the organization.
• To correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
• To prepare financial forecast, projection reviews and updates.
• To analyse costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Proven experience in international accounting and handling accounts in multiple regions.
• Experience with IPO processes and financial compliance related to public listings.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-border teams and handle complex accounting issues.
• Fluence in Chinese and English;

任职资格：

• 会计、财务或相关领域的学士学位；具有注册会计师（CPA）或同等资格者优先。
• 具备国际会计和处理多区域账户的丰富经验。
• 拥有IPO流程和与上市相关的财务合规经验。
• 深入理解会计原则和财务报告标准。
• 优秀的组织能力和分析能力，注重细节。
• 熟练使用会计软件和MS Office套件。
• 能够有效地与跨境团队合作并处理复杂的会计问题。
• 精通中文和英语。
