sgCarMart – Client Service Executive

The Client Service Executive Role:

sgCarMart is looking for a Client Service Executive to join our Media Sales & Content Creation Team. As a Client Service Executive, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and expanding our clientele in the automotive industry. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and increase their product or brand visibility and awareness via advertising campaigns and content creation.

The ideal candidate should be target-driven and possess the ability to build relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• · Propose effective media strategies and execute advertising campaigns across our websites and various social media platforms
• · Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing / Graphic Design / Editorial) to create visuals and content for campaigns
• · Establish good rapport with existing clients to support revenue growth and customer satisfaction
• · Identify new sales or business opportunities

Qualifications:

• · Preferably 2 years of work experience
• · Prior experience in marketing, media, or advertising sales an added advantage
• · Basic computer literacy
• · Good to have but not compulsory - Class 3 or 3A Driving License

Soft Skills:

• · Strong communication and negotiation skills
• · Able to work well in a team
• · Detail-oriented
