Job Description

• Preparing quotations for the customers
• Liaison with the Technical and Sales team for technical configuration including any project requirements and pricing supports
• Handle customer enquiries, generate sales pipelines and identify opportunities
• Knowledge in Microsoft excel/World/Power Point
• To assist the sales team in handling customers following ups and calling on new customers
• To assist the sales team in weekly preparation and consolidation of sales and pipeline reports

Requirements

• Meticulous and excellent follow up skills Pro-active, enthusiastic, flexible and self-motivated
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Accustomed to office general administration job duties
• Must have a pleasant disposition, a great team player and possess ability to work under pressure
• Must possess strong work ethics and be objective orientated
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin (In order to liaise with the English and Mandarin speaking associates)
• No work experience required.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, MS Excel, MS Words, MS Powerpoint
• Preferably Entry Level specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
