Shaabaz Pte Ltd is a weddings and events company built up by Mr Abdul Malieq back in 2010. We mostly do Indian Muslim weddings and a few Malay Muslim weddings along with an exhibition called Zak Salaam India Expo held thrice a year according to seasonal occassions.
After a decade, it gained numerous satisfied clients and recounstructed its name to fit a wider range of network,
which desires for a well-rounded event experience with quality resources.

We have all sorts, ranging from entertainment, sound system, photography & videography, bridal services to catering & pastries and additional activities that will make your wedding day really memorable not just for you, but for everyone.
At times, our clients also celebrate their special days with us. If you’re into a fancy birthday party, an elegant engagement ceremony, or even a simple celebration, you can contact us ahead. We go from minimal to extravagant decorations, all depending on your preferences!
Key Responsibilities:
- Weekly postings of creatives on social media - Shaabaz, Zak Salaam India, Wedding Biryani, Palace, Ministry of Matchmaking
- Manage all the marketing campaigns and activities and execute it well and effectively
- Design creatives for weddings and events
Requirements:
- Superb in time management and marketing skills
- Proactive and great with details and simple keywords
- Ability to do it independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Language & Proficiency:
- English, additional language is plus
- MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Adobe Creative Suite(Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Social Media Platforms
Education:
- Diploma in Business Management
- Diploma in Marketing
- Diploma in any related fields
Office Hours: 5 times a week, Attendance at events (extra hours)
