Job Description
Job Purpose
  • Identifying the needs of customers and collect feedbacks for further improvement on customer service
  • Providing support which ensure smooth operations of the department

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Adhered to all SOPs and achieve desired KPIs
  • To provide an excellent and satisfactory customer service
  • Handle in-coming phone calls, managing email responses and enquiry via social media
  • Answer to consumer dispute and feedback
  • Liaise with Merchant on consumer dispute and feedback within stipulated deadline
  • Need to communicate issues to Executive and or Superior for further assistance when needed
  • Assisting Executive or Superior with any other task assigned
Qualifications

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with clients
  • Customer service oriented, possess initiative, proactive and able to multi-task
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice
