Assist in ensuring smooth operations of the sections appointed in the F&B division. He / she will maximize profits, maintain food / beverage / service quality, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of Food and Beverage sequence service from Greetings, seating, order taking, serving, billing and font farewell according to Hotel Standard Operating Procedures for all section assigned in Food & Beverage Department.
- Knowledge of Food and Beverage Menu in the section assigned.
- Ensuring all Food and Beverage quality are of good quality and correct presentation before serving to guests.
- Knowledge of cashiering systems and its related policies in ensuring fully compliances of handling cash, credit card, room charges and other related billings.
- Knowledge of handling equipment and machines with care and ensuring reporting all defects to Manager/ Supervisor on duty.
- Ensuring all required set up in an outlet for opening and closing are done according to standard required.
- Ensuring all mise-en-place is complete for each meal period according to standard requires.
- Ensuring linen and equipment inventory and works with respective department in preventing losses or damaged.
- Back Area Maintenance is always cleaned and maintained in proper working conditions.
- Ensures that all materials, equipment, and machinery are properly used and cleaned daily
- Obtain guests feedback during operations to ensure satisfaction
- To relay any customer complaints to supervisor.
Ensure Safe Management Measures are applied.
