Job Description

Spa Receptionist Intern to ensure that spa facilities, operations and service delivery are of highest standards at all hours. Provide a warm friendly welcome to guests at all times, coordinating guests’ consultation records with the therapists’.

#Ensuring a warm friendly welcome to guests at all times

#Ensures guests fill up a medical / health consultation form prior to any spa treatment. These details are to be checked by therapist before commencement of treatment.

#Updating of guests’ medical history and preferences into spa software and upkeep proper filing of guests consultation forms.

#In charge of billing procedures and correct reconciliation of funds at the reception desk at the close of every shift and the end of the day’s work.

#Complete daily opening procedures and checking lists.

#Schedule reservations for guests and monitor availability of treatments and colleagues to ensure punctual service as per the relevant skills of therapists.

#Checks emails daily and respond to guest enquiries within 24 hours from date of email

#Committed to maximize revenue with efficient appointment scheduling / upselling to achieve financial success for the department / company.
