- Provide consistent services and attention to all guests and members utilizing Health Club and it's facilities
- Take reservation and to up-keep and up-date all Health Club sales transactions/ records and information etc
- Handling of incoming calls/ enquiries and etc
- Be responsible for the overall cleanliness, maintenance and orderliness of work area, materials and equipments
- Check and ensure cleanliness of the Health Club and surrounding areas are kept within Hotel standards
