Job Description

1) Mails Handling

2) Process E claims

3) Contact Suppliers when machines need servicing repair

4) Raises Store / Purchase Requisitions of office supplies

5) Places, accepts and screens telephone calls as appropriate

6) Takes complete and clear messages for Financial Controller,

7) Handles and purchases air tickets for Hotel Staff’s travels

8) Handles purchase of gift vouchers as forwarded by operation departments

9) Sets up and maintains a systematic filing system for Financial Controller’s correspondence

10) Monitoring and updating of contracts, licenses and capex

11) Takes dictation and types out dictated matters as and when required

12) Records minutes of meetings as and when required

13) Submit prompt and accurately typed presentation of all counting-related correspondence emanating from the office of the Financial Controller
