We are looking for a highly motivated Commercial Analytics & Operations Intern to join our growing Singapore Commercial HQ.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support sales function for all reporting and analytics needs; including building daily and weekly analytics, performance reviews and ad-hoc reporting.
- Support Sales Operations Leader in all sales operations and client-side requests and work activities.
- Create customer campaign performance reports and insights.
- Work with the sales leaders and other cross functional teams to keep CRM data up-to-date and preparing of reports
- Develop and maintain dashboards/ reporting tools to monitor key metrics and improve sales productivity and operational efficiency
All about you:
- Able to start immediately and commit to 31 December 2022.
- Undergraduates in Business/ Finance/ Marketing / Data Analytics/ Fintech or equivalent
- Must be able to physically work from the office premises on a full time basis in the CBD area.
- Experience in Microsoft suite of applications, with advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel such as VBA/Macros. Programming knowledge such as Python and SQL is preferred.
- Knowledge in creating (creator) dashboards in visualization tools such as Tableau will be a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin
