Key Responsibilities
• Supporting HRBP Manager on talent acquisition, talent attraction projects on a daily basis
• Scheduling & coordinating candidate interviews
• Reviewing resumes and conducting screening interviews
• Assist on talent mapping
• Responsible for preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly recruitment data reports for manager and stakeholders
• assist on other HRBP projects
The ideal candidate
• Interest in Human Resources and/or Recruiting
• High attention to detail, responsible, agile mindset
• Independent - able to own small projects and see through to completion
• Able to commit to a full time internship (5 days a week), ideally 6 months
