Shermay’s Singapore Fine Food is a range of Singaporean crackers and Peranakan sauces based on Shermay’s family recipes and Singapore’s rich culinary heritage. It includes convenient ready-to-eat condiments, such as chilli sauces (Cilicuka), Sambal Hijau and Shermay's best selling prawn keropok crackers.
Our premium snacks and sauces are served on Singapore Airlines and retail on KrisShop and iShopChangi. They are also available on Redmart, Amazon, FairPrice, Shopee, Tangs, Grab, and other platforms. We also supply hotels, clubs and premium grocers, such as Shangri-La Hotel, Hotel Jen, Ritz-Carlton, The American Club, Little Farms, Huber's and Culina.
This brand has been in operations for 10 years, and Chef-Owner Shermay Lee is a veteran of the industry for 20 years.
General Job Duties:
- eCommerce Platforms: update & maintain listings on website, Amazon, hermay.com, Redmart.com, Tangs.com, FairPrice.com.sg, GrabMart, etc.
- Shopify: modify, upgrade and maintain website with new listings and new features
- eCommerce Fulfillment: pack, send and invoice orders for B2B and B2C
- Editorial content on our website: edit and update official website
- Social media: Create, schedule and manage posts, work with external social media agency
- TikTok Shop: set-up and manage
- Media kit and launch of new products: contact influencers and follow up

Monday - Friday 10am-6pm with 1 hour lunch break.
