Chef Shermay Lee is an award-winning cookbook author and food product owner. She wrote the classics "The New Mrs Lee's Cookbook: Vol 1" and "The New Mrs Lee's Cookbook: Vol 1" as a way to preserved her grandmother's traditional Peranakan recipes and our Singapore heritage.
About the Food Products:
Shermay’s Singapore Fine Food is a range of Singaporean sauces and crackers based on Shermay’s family recipes and Singapore’s rich culinary heritage. It includes convenient ready-to-eat condiments, such as chilli sauce (Cilicuka & Sambal Hijau), Ginger Garlic Sauce, and ready-to-cook marinade (Singapore Meat Marinade).
The range of crackers features prawn crackers (Keropok) which are perfect for dipping into the chilli sauces and sambas. The latest addition is her grandma’s recipe for Nonya Curry Powder for meat curry.
Our premium snacks and sauces are served on Singapore Airlines and retail on KrisShop. They are also available on Redmart, Amazon, FairPrice Marketplace, Tangs, Grab, Foodpanda, and other platforms. We also supply hotels and clubs, such as The American Club, Tanglin Club, Shangri-La Hotel, Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Capella Hotel, Sheraton Towers Hotel, Four Seasons Hotel, etc.

Main Job
Internship Position for a person with a literary background to work on book project. This mainly involves co-ordinating with the publishing, assisting the follow up and drive the project, some editing.
