Job Description

Marketing Intern (Brand Partnership) 3 to 6 Months


The Marketing Executive will support the Brand Partnership function by working closely with travel retail cosmetic & perfume brands and internal departments to drive omnichannel brand launches, retail campaigns & digital marketing to key travelers, focusing on Singapore and China markets.

Brand Partnership Plans

  • Assist to conceptualize and co-develop brand partnership plans with internal teams based on business objectives of both Shilla and brand partners
  • Execute and manage plans with agencies and external parties when necessary
  • Track and generate post-plans report for both internal and external stakeholders with detailed fulfilment, results and sales records

In-Store Assets Management

  • Track brand sales commitment for management reports
  • Coordinate store assets and High-Profile Promotions (HPP) works from takeover to handover between both external and internal stakeholders

Shilla Marketing Campaigns 

  • Coordinate brand partners’ participation in Shilla-led marketing campaigns for both online and offline channels, including optimization and budget tracking
  • Track and generate post-campaign conversion and sales reports to justify return-on-investments by brands

Digital & Social Marketing 

  • Support Senior Manager in working with digital & social media agencies, including KOLs and content creators
  • Work collaboratively with Consumer Marketing function to manage Shilla’s PRC social media platforms - Xiaohongshu, Wechat & Weibo
  • Social media listening and responding to customers’ comments on these social platforms

Any other Ad hoc Marketing Tasks allocated
