The Shilla Duty Free is the largest cosmetics & perfumes duty free retailer in Incheon International Airport, and the company strives to expand the global business to serve customers in Asia.
The Shilla Duty Free is the top beauty destination at Changi Airport with 23 Cosmetics and Perfumes stores across the four terminals including Shilla Beauty Loft, the world’s first duty free beauty services loft. The Shilla Duty Free also operates two watch boutiques, Maison de Chronus as well as Victoria’s Secret stores at Terminal 2 and Terminal 3.
Our Office is located within Changi Airport terminal 1.
The selected individual will support marketing initiatives for Shilla’s businesses through Marketing Initiatives. Depending on the allocated function within Marketing namely E Commerce / Consumer Marketing / Brand Partnerships etc.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Online Marketing
- Work with internal business owners to follow-up and coordinate online marketing initiatives for Shilla Travel Retail and Shilla Retail Plus e-commerce businesses on iShopChangi.com
- Track and evaluate performance of marketing KPIs against business goals, with constant refinement and improving standards
- Grow the community of social media and online channel followers / database, with the goal of sales conversion
E-Commerce Marketing
- Maintain calendar to drive exposure of promotions, campaigns, and brand highlights on e-commerce marketplace platform - iShopChangi across its touchpoints such as homepage, landing pages, e-DM and more
- Management of e-commerce assets such as banners, content and copy
- Brief and work with designers (internal and external) on content creation
Online Assets and Social Media Management
- Assist with all Shilla-owned platforms to support business objectives - Website, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, XiaoHongShu, WeChat, Weibo and more
- Assist and work with iShopChangi marketing team to develop content for Changi Airport’s social media channels - Instagram, Telegram, XiaoHongShu, WeChat, KOLs and more
Digital Marketing
- Support digital advertising and media buys for Shilla campaigns
- Assist on the development of digital activation touchpoints such as digital/mobile games, microsites, and more
- Support the social media and online content development to drive awareness and traffic for airport retail stores
Any other matters in regards to Marketing that is allocated on an ad-hoc basis.
Key Requirements & Competencies
- Students in Marketing related fields preferred
- Any experience in e-commerce and digital marketing is a plus
- Strong understanding of beauty trends, retail best practices, and current beauty landscape is preferred
- Competent acumen for consumer behavior and commercial acumen to develop effective content
- Excellent communication, copy writing and proofreading skills is essential
- Excellent command of written & spoken language
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and online, digital, and social media management and analytics tools
- Good team-player with high EQ and ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships
- Curious mindset, resourceful, pro-active with strong learning culture
