Job Description

Admin Support (Part Time 3 Times A Week)


1. Administration (Customer System Data Base)

• Regular uploading of sales file and management of CRM points for membership database

• Issuance of e-Vouchers and e-mail push to members

• Reporting of membership sales and new members signup

• Support in the monthly cycle of expiring members update, new points cycle and points expiry, and more

• Investigation and resolution of issues such as missing points, points over the limit, and more

• Support Customer Service in replying to members on CRM related customer enquiries on Concierge WhatsApp and / or e-mail

• Tracking of system maintenance and server budget and raise Single Approvals

 

2. Marketing Admin

• Support in visual signage execution: Inhouse printing, cutting, distribution to shopfloor Ops team

• Support in external printing execution of marketing promotion vouchers and liaising with shopfloor Ops team to send down

• Assist in marketing promotion voucher issuance data entry

• Support in ORAT form submission for marketing VM vendors such as hanging banners

 

3. Any other Ad Hoc Marketing Admin Tasks allocated

 

Requirements:

- Previous experience in retail support or customer service industry is a plus

- High Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Excel and Word

- Quick learner to familiarize with online content management systems (CMS)

- Well Versed in customer focused mindset with a willing to learn attitude

- Efficient time management and organisational skills

- Good interpersonal & communication skills to liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors
