The IT Support / Intern is responsible for supporting the IT Department in IT Helpdesk and Technical aspects for our Retail business, Warehouse and Corporate Office.
Point of Sales (POS) support
- Coordinate POS merchant’s installation and removal
- Perform POS troubleshooting for retail stores
Provide Software Support and troubleshoot for all departments
- Assist with HR payroll software(TimeSoft), General HR (Korea), attendance system biometric machines & face reader etc.
- E- Commerce support for all entities (STR/ SRP), iShopChangi, Shilla Mobile Application (Airport Pass Holders) etc.
- Provide system support for MDM, SAP, WMS, POS etc.
- Manage and ensure the smooth operations of our in-house system
- Manage all internal and external application upgrades
Network Security and Maintenance
- Responsible for telephone line and internet connection applications
- Assist in HQ network maintenance
- Ensure adherence of HQ network security policy
Hardware Technical Support for desktop, laptop, printer, CCTV etc.
- To ensure working condition and performance of office & warehouse hardware equipment
Participate in Stock-Take exercise, reporting & hardware prep (Laptop, scanner etc.)
Any other ad-hoc duties/projects as per assigned
