Job Description
Shipping Officer (Shipment)
Job Responsibilities
- Receive Customer Order, handle Customer payment and liaise with customer for Shipment confirmation
- Liaise with warehouse and communicate with forwarder for shipment arrangement handling
- Plan shipment for customers and liaise with 5 factories
- Arrange bank negotiation, export declaration, certificate of origin application and document filing
- Lead and contribute to projects assigned
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain and other related field
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Knowledge on shipping terms, customer declaration, COO application and shipping arrangement
- Strong excel knowledge
- Willing to learn and able to perform overtime when needed
- Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply, on-job-training provided

- 20 Benoi Sector, Singapore 629852 (Nearest MRT: Joo koon, Company Transport from certain North/West area of Singapore)
- 8am - 530pm (Mondays to Fridays)
