Job Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in regular classroom programs
  • Prepare the studio before and after lessons/ programs / events
  • Assist Art Teacher in in classroom programs / lessons / events
  • Maintain the daily operations of the space, including engaging with visitors/parents/students
  • Any other assigned ad-hoc duties
  • As part of the internship program, Interns will also learn and get hands-on experience in different art crafts, such as polymer clay and other interesting crafts making. (This will be a value-added experience whereby the Intern would be able to include in their portfolio)

LOCATION - River Valley Road

WORKING SCHEDULE - 5 Times per week

LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES

  • Studio management activities
  • Speaking and interacting with parents and students
  • Assist Teachers with conducting various classes / programs / events
  • Curriculum planning
  • Exposure to different art mediums

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidates who are currently enrolled in an art-related tertiary institution, or with at least a diploma or degree in art-related qualifications
  • Punctual and responsible individual with a passion for art
  • Good communication and enjoy interacting and working with Children
  • A team player
  • Meticulous, good organisational and documentation skills
  • A minimum commitment period of 3 - 6 months is required
  • Prior Experience in Art related courses
